Project Three

This large, 5-bedroom house located in the centre of Leicester was a given an entire, front door to back door revamp with truly spectacular results.

Perfect for multiple occupancies, with 5 bedrooms as well as upstairs and downstairs bathrooms - it was ripe for creating a bright, modern student home.

New carpets were installed throughout, walling was improved and painted in a classy cream shade for a bright, homely ambience. As you can see in the video of the property’s original appearance, the main kitchen/dining area was also completely overhauled and modernised.

With the same emphasis in mind, the downstairs and upstairs bathrooms were also given a gorgeous modern revamp, all this resulting in a living space students could proudly call their home away from home.
